Artistic Gymnastics make use of 4 Apparatus ( vault, bars, beam and

floor )for Woman. In Namibia we have 11 levels ( starting with entry

level ). By time a gymnast has reached level 8, 9 or 10 they can be

selected as either part of the Junior or Senior teams taking part in

the African Championships or All African Games – age will also play

a roll in selection.
